I am absolutely not interested in politics, really. But all the staff what recently in my country happens... Awful. So that's why I keep saying: Hungarians are survival people. OK, stop complaining. Despite all these things which make my nation upset, I have to continue my studies. And I have to concentrate on my two theses, and my teaching practice. Believe me, I am not bored at all. Of course another very important thing for me is to keep in connection with HWW fans and I promise I'll organize my life in such a way that I'll be able to manage this. Now a big hug for all of you! Hello again, Sorry for the break, I've had a lot of things to do. I've spent two wonderful weeks at my flatmate's (Zsófi)place in Eger. One of the most beautiful cities in Hungary, believe me. It is also famous for its wine...for example think of 'Egri Bikavér'. School starts next week...I'm looking forward it...I've forgotten everything in English I've ever knew... Did anybody travel somewhere interesting during this summer?

I SURVIVED! I am here again. Balaton cross-swimming on Saturday was one of my best experiences ever. I went by train to Balatonboglár, it took 1.30 hour to get there. Then Zsófi and me put our luggage with our clothes down. We had to wait for a ship which took us (and another 400 people ) to the other side, Révfülöp. It lasted 45 minutes. There we got a code-number a basic medical examination and then we finally could jump into the water. The weather was excellent, scorching hot, the water temperature about 27 C. It took us 2 hours and 26 minutes to reach the other side in Balatonboglár again. It's not too bad, I think for the first try... I give you a link here you can check my time but first on Thursday. There were about 8000 participants and only about 10 gave up swimming. Those got on a small ship (there were smaller boats every 25 meters to help) I was quite tired, but felt wonderful. Next year I'll do it again and hope I can do it in 2 hours. Sorry, I could not take any pictures although I took my camera with me, but I left it in my luggage. Hopefully you can see some pictures on the official website when they finish uploading the results. Wish you all the best Viktoria

Wonderful day! We went with Zsófi to the swimming pool early in the morning. Air was fresh, water cool and extremely clear. Of course we swam outside, on the strand. And thank Goodness there were only few people. I do not prefer when little children keep jumping on my head while I am swimming...

Some people are curious how does my flatmate look like. Her name is Zsófi (Hungarian equivalent for Sophia) we attend the same school, same class, we go together to the swimming pool once or twice a week. And we go together to the cinema once in a month. Last time we saw 'Silent Hill'.

England-Portugal game has just finished. Quite exciting one I would say. I am going to read. I am reading B.E. Ellis' Less Than Zero. My flatmate is not here so I am alone, but I don't mind, sometimes I prefer being lonely. And the weather is nice, too. I couldn't sleep well for four days because of hot weather, it was terrible in my flat although I have a small fan it didn't help. I could not talk to Orsi yet about her exams but I am sure she has taken all very well.

It is simply such good feeling to have so many nice people around me and to read these nice comments. Of the question of happines I am at the same viewpoint as Günter is: I am the happiest when I see happy people at the events. I have not talked to Orsi yet, but tomorrow I can tell you how she succeed in her final exams. As for my exams I took them all very well, I've got very good notes but I have decided to postpone my last exam for next year. It was a hard decision but I am sure I can take it better then as I could take it now. And just a few words in addition about the weekend: I am glad to have met Nadia, she is a nice girl, a hard opponent although I think I should not be too proud of my victory against her because I weigh 15 kilos more

June 17-18, a fantastic weekend, wonderful small summer-event, nice people, lots of sunshine and lots of exciting matches-do we need more? Those who were present these two days in Hungary know what I mean and those who were not should start thinking about coming next time. I hope you had at least such good time as I had. Thank you for supporting me and for the useful advices. Special thanks for Ingo who helped me a lot with organizing the time-table for Sunday. And of course a lots of thanks for our Günter. Didman, you can be sure I received your kisses from Renrew but he is a cheater, first he wanted to give me only two but then I told him there is one missing.
